30-Day Completion Window

o qualify for a refund or exchange, the entire return process must be completed within 30 days of your original delivery date. As long as the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, we will be happy to process your return.

How to Start a Return

You can generate a return label free of charge via our returns portal. Please package your return securely so it arrives in its original condition.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned items reach us.

Delivery Charges & Deductions

Notify Us Within 14 Days To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to confirm the necessary details, we will refund the item(s) and your original standard delivery charge. If only part of your order is returned, the delivery charge is not refundable.

For returns requested after the 14-day period, if any handling or restocking charges apply, these will be shown clearly as part of your return process.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been modified, altered, or painted
• Items that show clear signs of use or are missing original packaging
• Items sent to us that were not purchased from LookiDecor
