Shipping & Delivery
This page explains how shipping works at LookiDecor including how orders are prepared, where they are dispatched from, delivery time expectations, and how shipping charges are calculated for US customers.
1) Order Preparation
After checkout, your order enters our fulfilment workflow for confirmation, packing, and dispatch. Most orders are prepared within 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
2) Dispatch Locations
LookiDecor operates an international fulfilment model. Most LookiDecor products are produced in specialised manufacturing facilities outside the US. Depending on stock availability and the delivery destination, an order may be dispatched:
- from an overseas fulfilment centre, or
- directly from a manufacturing facility.
3) US Delivery Time Expectations
Delivery time is typically made up of order preparation time plus transit time. For most US orders shipped internationally, the following estimates apply:
- Preparation: 1–5 working days
- Transit: approximately 7–10 working days
Estimated total delivery window: 8–15 working days.
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods.
4) Delivery Partners
LookiDecor uses a network of recognised international and local delivery services. Carrier selection is assigned automatically based on the shipment route and parcel characteristics. In many cases, US final-stage delivery may be completed by a local service such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
5) US Shipping Charges
For US orders, LookiDecor offers standard delivery. Shipping fees are based on the value of your order.

The shipping fee that applies to your order will always be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
6) Delivery Coverage
LookiDecor delivers to most addresses. At this time, delivery is not available for:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 working days beyond the estimated window.
7) Order Emails & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation after checkout. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
8) Duties, Taxes, and Customs
We want you to have a seamless shopping experience without any unexpected costs. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local sales taxes are included in the final price you pay at checkout.
9) Practical Notes
Orders are shipped using the delivery details provided at checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery information cannot be updated and in-transit orders cannot be cancelled.
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, a reshipping charge may apply to arrange a new delivery.
